That's Not Covered is operated by Plexiri (“Plexiri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the That's Not Covered mobile app and related support pages.
Game Data
The app may save gameplay information on your device, such as whether you have seen onboarding, audio preferences, game progress, case outcomes, and local settings.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account system for That's Not Covered, and we do not receive, sell, rent, or share your local gameplay data.
No Account Or Claims Uploads
That's Not Covered is a fictional game. It does not ask you to upload real insurance claims, identity documents, photos, financial records, or customer support files inside the app.
Audio And Media
The app includes bundled visual assets, sound effects, and background music. Playback preferences are handled on your device. The app does not use the microphone and does not record audio.
Information We May Receive If You Contact Us
If you email us or otherwise contact Plexiri for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, your message, screenshots, or diagnostic details you decide to include.
We use that information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and maintain our business records.
Analytics, Advertising, And Tracking
That's Not Covered does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic information depending on your Apple device settings and Apple’s policies. That information is handled through Apple’s systems and is not connected to your local game decisions.
Cloud Sync And Backups
That's Not Covered does not currently provide Plexiri-operated cloud sync. If you use Apple device backup or other operating system features, your device may back up app data according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy practices.
Privacy Policy Website
This policy page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical information for hosting and security, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request timestamps, according to Cloudflare’s practices.
Children’s Privacy
That's Not Covered is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Because gameplay data is stored locally, protecting access to your device is important. We recommend using a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID where available, and keeping your device software up to date.
